I lived in apt 22! It is a true walk-up (so you will have a lot of stairs). There is no washer, dryer or dishwasher. However, it was in good condition in a great location with a new kitchen and a lot of closet space!

He expected you to tip or pay him for essential repairs and services. He got angry if you used a task rabbit for repairs, instead of paying him. He wasnt very friendly and often made you feel on edge when asking for anything.
