Great house. Awesome kitchen. Only real downside is a couple of neighbors got unreasonably annoyed by noise and there was lots of nearby construction while we lived there. The house is very drafty because the windows are not up to par for Boston.

Ally was extremely responsive. He did frequently reference how expensive everything in the house was and tried to have us pay for some things that weren’t our fault.
