This is a halfway house for people between college and real life. If you’re not less than 3 years out of college, you shouldn’t live here. It’s reasonably priced, but the units are small, the parking lot is very sketchy, the elevators are terribly slow, and management isn’t great.

They were fine. Going to follow the slightly unreasonable building rules. They won’t get in your way though. The building is just mediocre.
