The Zo apartments are such a dream to live in! The views are incredible and the building's amenities, like the dog park and the gym, are just what I need. My pup is gonna be over the moon with the dog park. I'm really looking forward to making the most of all it has to offer.
And Jade, she's the one who sold me on the place. You can tell she knows what she's doing and she does it with a smile. It's so reassuring to have someone like that to go to when you're settling into a new place.
Living here has been a mixed bag, honestly. The apartment's design and views are top-notch, but the amenities curfew is a bummer. Not being able to enjoy the rooftop or fire pits whenever I want is a letdown, especially given the hefty rent. Plus, the bathroom sinks are so tiny—it’s like doing a puzzle just to wash your hands.
Jade is a standout, though—always ready to help out with whatever you need. She's quick to respond and makes you feel like you're not just another tenant. It’s comforting to know there's at least one person in management who’s got your back.
This building has been home for a year now, and it's got its perks for sure. The 24/7 concierge is a godsend—they always greet you with a smile and make the building feel super secure. The proximity to the Bart station is such a convenience, makes my commute a breeze.
The landlords here are doing an okay job. They're not perfect, but they're trying. I've seen some effort to make things better, and that's what counts. Hope they keep it up and continue to improve the service.
I adore my apartment—the views just can't be beat. But I've got to say, the highlight of this place is the community. The neighbors are friendly, and I love how pet-friendly the building is. The 5th floor dog park is a game-changer for urban pet owners like me.
The management has been decent overall. They've had some hiccups, sure, but they seem to be on a path to getting better. Plus, the maintenance crew is always on point—quick to fix any issues, which definitely makes life easier.
Just signed my lease at ZO and I'm thrilled about the move! The building itself is stunning, and I can tell it's gonna be such a cozy place to call home. I'm particularly excited about the gym—I've heard it's state-of-the-art, and as a fitness enthusiast, that's a huge plus for me. The community areas are so well-maintained, it’s clear they take pride in the building.
During the leasing process, Jade was an absolute gem. She's the kind of person who makes you feel right at home from the get-go. Answered every question with a smile and made the whole process a breeze. I'm hopeful this level of attentiveness continues throughout my stay here.
The Zo Building's location is fantastic—right by Lake Merritt, which is perfect for my morning jogs. My apartment has such a bright and airy feel to it, and the large windows just add to that open vibe. The gym is a winner, hands down, especially with that outdoor terrace. But the rooftop terrace is the real star here; it's my go-to spot to unwind.
Management has been a bit of a roller coaster, which is frustrating at times. I've seen a lot of teams come and go, but Gabriel is making a real effort to get things on track. I'm optimistic that with him at the helm, things will start to improve. He's got a good head on his shoulders.
The building itself is decent, but living here has had its ups and downs. The amenities like the gym and the rooftop are great when they're accessible, but the curfew is a bit of a downer. Also, my place could use better water pressure; it's a bit of a hassle when you're just trying to take a quick shower.
As for the management, there's room for improvement. They've changed hands a few times and each team has had its issues. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the latest team will finally get it right and make living here as good as it should be.
