Living here for almost a year has opened my eyes to some issues. While the building looks great on the outside, it's clear that the quality of construction doesn't match up. The elevators are a constant source of frustration, breaking down when you least expect it. And the trash chute seems to have more downtime than uptime, which is a real inconvenience.

The staff, including the landlord, seem overwhelmed and unprepared for the issues we face as residents. There's a real lack of communication, and it feels like once they've got you signed on a lease, your concerns no longer matter. I've had maintenance walk in without notice, which is unacceptable. The team needs to step up their game and start taking resident concerns seriously.

I'm really enjoying my time in this neighborhood, and the building's amenities make it feel like home. The roof is the perfect place to unwind, and the pool is just what you need on a hot day. While there are some minor construction issues in my unit, the overall quality, especially the soundproofing, is impressive. I'm excited to see what the future holds living here.

The apartments here at VESPR are aesthetically pleasing and the amenities are a major highlight. The gym, pool, and communal spaces are always kept in pristine condition. I'm content with my living space, and it's great to have places where I can relax and enjoy different activities without leaving the building.

I have to give a shout-out to Luba for her incredible support. She's gone above and beyond to assist me with various issues and her kindness has made my experience here much better. Good landlords are hard to find, and Luba stands out as one of the best. Her dedication to tenant satisfaction is commendable.

I absolutely love my apartment's layout and the amenities are fantastic, but the parking situation is a deal-breaker. Paying a premium for parking that's managed by an external company that's difficult to deal with is not what I signed up for. The constant gate malfunctions and lack of available spots are causing unnecessary stress for many of us here.

The management's response to the parking complaints has been disappointing. They tend to pass the buck to the parking management company, but as a tenant, I believe it's their responsibility to ensure that the amenities they promise are up to standard. Their aggressive rule enforcement is also off-putting. I just wish they were more resident-friendly when it comes to these issues.

The common areas are well-maintained and the pool area is my favorite spot to relax on weekends. I feel like I'm living in a luxury resort!
