Love living here! The common areas are nothing short of excellent, always meticulously clean, and the appliances in the unit are top-notch. The neighbors are friendly which makes for a great community vibe. However, parking is a bit of a pain, and the neighborhood can feel a bit iffy at times, but the proximity to Bart and local eateries almost makes up for it.

The management here is a mixed bag. They started off super helpful, but after signing the lease, things went downhill. They're not great with communication, and I've heard some horror stories about unexpected charges. The new rules they come up with out of the blue can be pretty frustrating. If you decide to stay here, be vigilant about keeping track of payments and the terms of your lease.

This building has been my home for over half a year, and I'm mostly pleased. It's had its share of issues, like parking mix-ups and some strict rules on amenity use, but the management does seem to try and keep tenants happy. The pool deck and hot tub are great when they're open. Plus, the place is overall well-maintained and clean.

They've been lifesavers on more than one occasion and really contribute to making this place feel like home. The management's approach can be a bit too much at times, but the key staff are fantastic.

The rooftop view is a personal favorite, and it's clear the leasing and concierge team pour their hearts into their work. I've loved every moment of the past 7 months here.

Aldrin, in particular, deserves praise for his assistance during my move from Los Angeles. His professionalism and kindness made a challenging situation much smoother. His transparency and advice were invaluable. I'm incredibly thankful for his support and would recommend this place to anyone because of staff like him.

Skylyne has been quite a mixed bag throughout my two-year stay. The amenities, when functioning, are great, but there's a glaring issue with security. Package theft and violent crime reports within the building are concerning. It's a nice place, but it feels like management could do more to ensure resident safety.

While the frontline staff are amazing and make everyday living pleasant, I'm disappointed with management's handling of serious issues. The lack of empathy and action regarding safety and security concerns has been a letdown. The building itself is beautiful, but the management aspect needs improvement.

Living at the Skylyne for a year now, I've enjoyed the modern amenities and the stunning views. The building is relatively new, and the gym is a great bonus. The units are nice, and having access to a rooftop is fantastic. Overall, it has been a good place to call home.

Unfortunately, my interactions with the general manager, Tyler, have been less than satisfactory. Security concerns were not taken seriously, which is unacceptable in a management position. While some staff members are great, like Aldrin and Jesse, the lack of concern from higher management has tainted my experience here.
