The Landing seemed promising at first with its newly painted walls and updated appliances, yet living here has turned out to be a massive letdown. There's zero respect for tenants' time and property - no working key fobs, assigned parking spots taken by others, and a leasing office that's unreachable. It's not just inconvenient; it's completely disrespectful.

The landlord's inaction and unresponsiveness have made a bad situation worse. You would think that providing basic services like functional gate clickers and mailbox keys would be a given, but apparently not. It's like they're running the place with minimal effort and maximum negligence.

My time at The Landing was filled with ups and downs, mostly downs due to the building management's incompetence. The amenities like in-unit washers and dryers are decent, but what good does that do when your personal safety and property are at risk? The crime rate in the area is alarming, and the so-called security measures are laughable. It's a shame because the location is convenient, but it's not worth the constant worry.

The landlord is practically a ghost. Good luck getting a hold of them for any issues that pop up. From maintenance problems to security concerns, there's a serious lack of accountability here. It's like they don't care at all about the tenants' well-being or peace of mind.

The Landing is a place I'd advise anyone to avoid. The apartment complex is rife with problems, from crime to complete disregard for tenant privacy. It's clear that the building is poorly managed, and the safety of the residents is not a priority. If you're looking for a peaceful and secure home, this isn't it.

As for the landlord, it's as if they're in a world of their own, detached from the reality of the residents' experiences. Lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, and a general lack of care have soured my opinion of them. It's unacceptable how residents are treated here.

I've had a rocky experience living at The Landing, to say the least. The so-called luxury apartment complex is anything but luxurious when you consider the constant safety concerns. Break-ins, theft, and vandalism seem to be the norm here, despite the high rent we pay. Honestly, for what we're shelling out monthly, I expected a secure and stress-free environment, not a place where you're anxious about your car, packages, or personal safety.

Dealing with the management here has been a major headache. They're hard to reach, slow to respond, and when you finally do hear back, the communication is lackluster. It's like they're avoiding responsibility at every turn. The frustration is real, especially when you're dealing with property damage or security issues and need quick action.

This apartment complex is the definition of false advertising. Promising security and safety, yet delivering the exact opposite. Living here means constantly looking over your shoulder and wondering what will get stolen next. The noise from the train is incessant, and the appliances seem to have a mind of their own when it comes to functionality.

Don't expect any help from the landlord when issues arise. It's like pulling teeth to get any sort of response, let alone action. It feels like they're more interested in cashing rent checks than ensuring we have a secure and livable environment. Absolutely disappointing.

Living here is a frustrating experience. The apartment seems nice at first glance, but the excitement fades quickly when you realize the building's rampant with theft and security issues. It's disappointing to see the management's lack of initiative in addressing these concerns effectively. The package room is constantly broken into, and the mail situation is a disaster!

The landlord and property management team are less than helpful. There's a glaring disconnect between the residents' needs and management's actions. When serious issues arise, such as mailbox vandalism or package theft, the response is dismissive at best. Communication is practically non-existent, and our concerns go unaddressed.

Regret is the first word that comes to mind when I think about moving to The Landing. The community and location seemed ideal at the beginning, but the shine wore off quickly once I faced endless security issues and poor building maintenance. It's hard to enjoy the amenities when you're constantly worried about theft and break-ins.

Communicating with the property management team is like talking to a brick wall. They're unresponsive, unhelpful, and it seems like they're actively avoiding dealing with the problems we're facing. They lack the basic professionalism you'd expect from a landlord, especially when it comes to security concerns.
