While I love my apartment and the neighborhood, the management's practices are pushing me away. The office's limited accessibility and their lack of engagement with tenants' issues are major drawbacks. It's a shame because the actual living space is great.

The building itself is decent, but the new rent hikes are astronomical. We used to pay reasonable fees for trash removal, but now it's almost doubled. Plus, the ban on privacy screens feels like an overreach. I'm all for the Brooklyn Basin, but the price surge is making it hard to enjoy the perks of the area.

The management team is lacking in presence and communication. They're hard to reach by phone or email, which is frustrating. However, the maintenance crew deserves some praise; they're the ones keeping things running smoothly around here.

The apartments are really nice and the recent response time to maintenance requests is impressive. I had an issue, and boom, someone was there the next morning to fix it. The place is kept clean, and the staff make sure everything is in working order.

I like the building and my apartment, but getting the correct contract was a hassle. It took a lot of back and forth to sort out the details, and I still have some unresolved issues. The building is nice, but the process to get things done could be improved.

Nashonna and the property management team could improve on their customer service. They come across as uncooperative and unresponsive. The maintenance team, particularly James & Andy, were more helpful and friendlier than the leasing office team.
