Living here for over a year, I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. The building has some truly great qualities, like being pet-friendly and visually appealing. However, the high rent doesn't quite match up with the quality of the interior features and the noise issues. It's frustrating to pay a premium for amenities that don't live up to expectations.

When it comes to the management, it's a whole different level of disappointment. The on-site manager's knowledge is questionable at best, and dealing with the accounting department is like solving a riddle. The feeling of being overcharged is hard to shake off. It's a case of beauty only being skin deep, with the management's performance leaving a lot to be desired.

I've had a downright disappointing experience with the building's security measures. Despite the promise of a secure environment, the reality couldn't be further from the truth. The front door lock might as well be a decoration, and the gate to the parking lot is as reliable as a fair-weather friend. And let's not talk about the kitchen cabinets – they're like an abstract art installation, always ready to surprise you by falling off the walls.

The management team is basically a ghost crew. You can reach out about the rampant mail theft or the unwanted mouse roommates, but don't hold your breath for assistance. Any attempts to utilize the security cameras for their intended purpose have been futile. It's a real challenge to get in touch with anyone who cares enough to take action.

The aesthetics of the building can't mask its flaws. I loved the high ceilings and the natural light that bathed my apartment, but the building's issues are too glaring to overlook. Broken washers and the feeling of insecurity due to frequent package thefts have marred the living experience. It's a pity that such a great space is let down by these problems.

Dealing with the management is like shouting into a void. Nonresponsive is an understatement, and their solution to the package theft issue – advising tenants to reroute deliveries to work – is laughably inadequate. I can't recommend this building as long as the current management is running the show.

This building might fool you with its exterior charm, but let me tell you, it's all smoke and mirrors. You would expect a fortress for the price they charge, but instead, you get a building where the doors might as well be left open for all the security they provide. The key fob system is about as reliable as a weather forecast, and don't get me started on the less-than-stellar maintenance of the common areas.

The landlord is about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I've had more productive conversations with my house plants. Package theft is treated like a normal everyday occurrence, and don't even think about getting any sort of follow-up on maintenance requests. If you're considering moving here, I'd reconsider unless you fancy taking up a side hobby in pest control.
