This apartment complex is a gem! The views are incredible and the rent doesn't break the bank. I feel safe here thanks to the security measures in place like cameras and secure locks. The location is perfect, with just a short walk to the lake and downtown. It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly, which makes living here really pleasant.

The manager here is top-notch. Really responsive and genuinely cares about the tenants. It's been a breath of fresh air to have someone who takes action when issues are raised. With the manager's attentiveness and the friendly community, this place is definitely a great choice for anyone looking for a new home.

I'm really not happy with this place. I thought living close to the lake with my dog would be a dream, but it's turning into a nightmare. My packages have been stolen multiple times which is incredibly frustrating. Plus, the constant water and plumbing issues are a huge inconvenience. I love that I can have my dog here, but that's one of the few positives about this building.

The building management does the bare minimum. They seem to be somewhat responsive, but the recurring maintenance issues make me question their effectiveness. I can't say they are completely negligent since they do address problems, but the frequent water shutoffs suggest a lack of proper upkeep.
