Aqua Via has been my home for over a decade, and I've seen many changes. The building itself has a lot to offer and has been kept up well over the years. However, the recent years have brought quite some frustration due to management issues. But with the new team in place, including the wonderful Bria and Phi, I've seen positive changes that make me optimistic for the building's future direction.

The recent changes in the property management team at Aqua Via have been a breath of fresh air. The previous group left a lot to be desired, but with the arrival of the new team, things have taken a turn for the better. They are accessible, friendly, and have excellent follow-through. Bryant, Head of Maintenance, along with Bria and Phi, have made living here enjoyable again.

This building has been my home for several years, and what a gem it has been. The amenities, like the gym and the outdoor deck, are top-notch, not to mention the building's tight security that gives peace of mind. It's been great living in a dog-friendly environment where the tenants are friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is spacious and bathed in light thanks to the expansive windows.

The staff are the true stars of Aqua Via. Phi, Bria, and Bryant have created an atmosphere that's warm, inviting, and incredibly friendly. Any issue I've had was resolved immediately, and their attentiveness is unmatched. They're the reason I loved living here so much!

The leasing office staff were amiable and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The building's location is convenient, and nearby restaurants offer great dining options. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay for both short and long-term.

The building is great for those without EVs, but it could really improve its facilities for sustainable energy vehicles.

The property management team has been a mix of experiences over the years. I've seen some fantastic management like Yash, who brought much-needed organization and attention to the residents' needs. However, there have been periods of disorganization due to frequent changes in management. I hope for more consistency in the future.
