I can't recommend this place at all due to the fire alarm issues. It's like every month, without fail, those alarms go off and disrupt everything. I've been here for six months and not once has a month gone by without a rude awakening in the middle of the night. It's not just annoying; it's a real concern for health and safety. And with management turning a blind eye, it feels like they don't care about our well-being at all.
As for the management, their lack of action is appalling. A problem like this should be a top priority, but all we get is silence and zero accountability. I’ve tried reaching out, but it’s like talking to a wall. If you're considering moving here, think twice unless you fancy being jolted awake at 3 am regularly.
The apartments are nice and well-maintained with some really good amenities. That's about where the positives end, though. There's this underlying sense of bait-and-switch with the leasing team, where what's said in person doesn't quite match what's on paper. It's disappointing, really.
They're charming face-to-face, sure, but when it comes to the actual lease and agreements, be prepared for a change-up. It's like they have a Jekyll and Hyde situation going on. I'd be cautious and make sure to get everything in writing before making any decisions here.
The complex itself is decent enough with its amenities and location. However, the safety concerns are a dealbreaker. I've never lived in a place where I felt like I needed to double-check my locks so often. The frequency of break-ins is alarming, and the lack of effective response from management only adds to the unease.
Interacting with the property management is like participating in a wild goose chase. They make promises they don't keep and seem to play hide and seek when you need them most. It's a full-time job trying to get a straight answer out of them. They need to seriously step up their game.
Living here is like riding a rollercoaster, one that's more scary than thrilling. Amenities are hit or miss – they're there, but will they work today? Who knows! It's a great place if you enjoy unpredictability and a rotating cast of neighbors. The constant turnover makes it hard to feel at home, really.
Dealing with management feels like shouting into the void. They seem to have a knack for making you feel unheard. Every conversation is like dropping a pebble down a well and waiting for the splash that never comes. It's not just frustrating; it's downright disheartening.
Honestly, this building has been a nightmare. There's always some kind of ruckus whether it's from the noisy street, the neighbors, or even inside the building with people letting their pets run wild. It's like living in a zoo, but with more theft. I moved in thinking it was a steal but didn't realize it would be literal.
Don't get me started on the management. Unresponsive is a compliment at this point. It's like they've set up a fortress of solitude where no resident concerns can reach them. If you want to live somewhere where management values your peace of mind, look elsewhere.
