I've been a resident at University Park for quite a while, and it's not the pleasant place it used to be. I mean, sure, the location is fantastic and off-street parking is a bonus. But, the renovations? They're only for the new folks moving in, while us long-timers are stuck with the inconveniences, like the constant water shut-offs. And don't get me started on the laundry situation - with only a few machines for so many people, it's a real hassle.

Ever since David became the manager, things have really gone downhill. It feels like if you need anything from him, you're better off shouting into the void. There's a sense of neglect that wasn't there before, which is a shame because the staff used to be more attentive. It's tough because you want to love where you live, but with a manager like this, it's a challenge.

I've been a resident here for ages and I've seen University Park change a lot over the years. The recent construction was a bit of a nuisance, especially with the noise during work-from-home hours, but I'm hopeful that the improvements will be worth it. The building has a strict no-dog policy, which has been strangely overlooked lately. It's a solid place to live, but recent events have made me question the consistency of the rules.

Our new manager David... well, he's been a character. From personal observations and neighborly chats, it's clear he's not the most reliable or considerate - whether it's about a buyout offer or flying a drone into someone's window. It's a serious concern when you don't feel like the person in charge respects the residents or the rules they're supposed to enforce. I just hope things improve for the sake of this lovely community.

I recently toured the property and was impressed by the contemporary renovations. The building seems to offer a lot of what any resident would want - I was even treated to snacks and refreshments. As a potential resident and a professor, I appreciate the close proximity to campus and local amenities. The self-guided tour option during the pandemic was a nice touch and speaks to their adaptability.

General Manager David was very accommodating during my visit to University Park. He was welcoming and made sure I had all the information I needed for my self-guided tour. This level of kindness and professionalism is something I value, especially in these challenging times. If I decide to move in, I hope this kind of service continues.

Living here has its ups and downs. The location is unbeatable, close to all the essentials, and the view from the terrace is just breathtaking. Inside, the apartments are cozy and the carpeting adds a nice touch, though keeping them clean, especially by the main road, can be a bit tricky. Laundry facilities are a boon, but the machines could use some maintenance.

Alejandro is the shining star of the management team. Always ready to help and quick to address any maintenance issues, he really understands the importance of good service. When you have someone like him to rely on, it eases the burden of small inconveniences, like noisy streets or a finicky dryer. It's comforting to know that at least someone is looking out for the residents.
