The Standard Luxury Berkeley has been an amazing place to live. The amenities are top-notch and the ambiance is just perfect. The gym and study areas have been great for my daughter, and the community events have helped her meet so many wonderful people.

The staff, particularly Cesar and Brandon, have been exceptionally accommodating. They really make residents feel cared for with their attentiveness. It's their genuine service that has made our experience here so memorable. Kudos to them for making The Standard a great place to live.

I'm really frustrated with the amenities here at The Standard. The coffee machine, which was a major selling point for me, has been out of service for weeks. They promised it would be maintained daily, but all we get is hot water. It's such a letdown because this was literally the only reason I chose this place.

The management team seems to be giving us the runaround about the coffee machine issues. They claim it's being looked after, but the evidence shows otherwise. I feel like they're not taking our concerns seriously. It's just hot water, day after day, which is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise against moving into The Standard. From poor infrastructure to a whole month of water shortage, and even water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, the living conditions have been subpar. The noise levels are also too high, making it hard to enjoy the space.

The management team has been less than stellar, with issues like miscalculations on charges adding to the list of grievances. They need to address these problems promptly and efficiently to ensure a comfortable living environment for their residents, which currently is not the case.

The Standard offers a truly beautiful living space with breathtaking views of The Bay from the Skydeck. The amenity areas are superb, and my experiences here have been nothing short of wonderful. I'd rate my stay here 10/10, without a doubt.

While the location of The Standard is fantastic, right near Sather Gate, I have a few complaints. Having to clean the room before leaving is a hassle, the trash schedule is very strict, and the study rooms are always full. The need for a new code for the package room is also quite inconvenient.

The management needs to understand that residents appreciate simplicity and convenience. The complications with receiving codes for the package room and other small inconveniences add up. These issues detract from the overall good experience of living in such a well-located building.

Living at The Standard for the past year has been a great experience for me. Its proximity to UC Berkeley campus is unbeatable, and the array of amenities like the gym, study lounges, and computer labs make student life so much easier. The building offers everything I need and more.

Though there were initial hiccups with the management, they've really stepped up their game. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the leasing staff are transparent and helpful, especially during the renewal process. It's clear they've been working hard to improve their services.
