This spot's definitely got its perks - the team here, especially Aaliyah, made moving in a piece of cake. First time renting and I felt like I had all the support I needed. The building's got a friendly atmosphere and the neighbors aren't half bad either. It's been a good fit for me so far.

Props to Aaliyah for making me feel like more than just a number. She's got this customer service thing down to a science. She's always there to lend an ear or help out with whatever you need. If the rest of the management team is even half as good as she is, then this place is doing something right.

If you're thinking about moving here, just don't. It's a no from me, dawg. The apartments are straight out of a horror flick - dingy, outdated, and downright depressing. Plus, the place has this vibe that just screams 'get me outta here.'

And don't get me started on the management. Dishonest doesn't even start to cover it. They'll sweet talk you into signing a lease without seeing the place and then vanish into thin air once you realize what you've gotten yourself into. It's like they're playing hide and seek, except you never find them when you need them. Stay away, folks.

Gotta say, the proximity to Bart and Cal campus is a real winner for anyone who's looking to commute or study. The bathroom and kitchen? Sleek, modern, and way above what you'd usually find around Berkeley. Plus, the roof deck is a sweet spot to chill, and the study room comes in handy when you need a change of scenery. The whole vibe of the place is pretty solid.

Now, about the folks running the show - they're on top of their game. Had a couple of glitches with my apartment and they were all over it like white on rice. Responsive, helpful, and they seem to actually care about our concerns. You're not just a rent cheque to them, which is refreshing.

Living here's been smooth sailing. The leasing process was a breeze and the staff, especially Aaliyah, was super helpful. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt right at home. The place itself is pretty chill, with a friendly community vibe that's hard to find.

A shoutout to Aaliyah for being an absolute gem. She's the kind of person who makes you feel like you're the most important tenant in the building. Always available, always accommodating - if you need anything, she's your go-to. The rest of the management team could take a leaf out of her book when it comes to customer service.

The view from these apartments could knock your socks off, no kidding. But that's where the fairy tale ends. The kitchens are tiny - I mean, where am I supposed to whip up my gourmet meals? And the place feels like it's milking me dry with all these extra costs, not to mention the elevator that's always one step away from being a death trap.

As for the property owners, let’s just say they're not winning any 'Landlord of the Year' awards. They've got more schemes than a con artist, and good luck getting your deposit back without a fight. Oh, and the key fob situation? Deactivated before I moved out - on a Friday night, no less - and the maintenance folks basically told me to deal with it. Not cool at all.
