I toured Higby while apartment hunting with my daughter and was impressed by the property. It's clear they strive to maintain high standards and attract good tenants. While the timing didn't work out for my daughter, I observed that the apartments they're planning to open look promising.

Higby has been a great choice for me after moving from the East coast. The building is well-kept, and the amenities are quite nice, which makes living here quite comfortable. The tenants are friendly, and the sense of community is strong as I walk down the hallways. I am optimistic about my future here and look forward to making this place my home in the Bay area.

The staff at Higby, particularly Cazi and Nitra, have been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Samm, the building manager, has gone out of her way to assist me, even offering local shopping tips. The hands-on approach by the Greystar leadership team has set a high standard, which I trust will continue throughout my tenancy here.

The apartment at Higby is nice, but it came with a few challenges like the lack of light fixtures and clear instructions for amenities. The shelving in the laundry feels cheap for the price paid. The gym is great, though lacking TV channels, and the communal deck is a nice touch but I'm still unsure how to reserve it.

The situation with my move-in at Higby has been extremely distressing. I fulfilled all requirements and made payments on time, only to face unresponsiveness and incorrect records on move-in day. I am still without a home and my funds, which is unacceptable.

The handling of my contract and move-in process by Samm and Byrd has been utterly disappointing. It's critical for a property management team to uphold agreements and provide clear communication, which was not my experience here. I'm hoping to have my money returned if the initial agreement is not honored.

Living at Higby was a decent experience during our 6-month stay. The apartment building itself had a good atmosphere, and we had no major issues while residing there.
