The Met certainly has its charms, with a beautiful rooftop and convenient location near campus. However, the building's appeal is marred by the constant security issues. It's unnerving to have strangers sleeping in the common areas and to hear about packages being stolen on a regular basis.

I've tried to get in touch with the landlord about these issues, but the response has been underwhelming. It's as if they don't realize how much these problems affect our quality of life here. I'm paying a lot of rent for a sense of security that I just don't have, and I wish the management would take our concerns more seriously.

I moved into the Met because of its proximity to campus and the alluring amenities advertised. The common kitchen is modern and the rooftop view is to die for, but it's a shame that these spaces are often so overused by non-residents that they're not enjoyable for those of us who live here. I do appreciate the individual rooms and the included furniture, but these perks don't fully justify the high rent.

While the building has its upsides, the management team doesn't seem to prioritize our security or maintenance issues. For the amount we pay, I would expect a much more proactive approach in dealing with problems like the broken lobby door and the theft of packages. It's pretty disheartening when your concerns are met with what seems like indifference from the landlord.

The Met is a decent place to live with its modern design and proximity to campus. But the thin walls and lack of soundproofing can be a major downside, especially if you're sensitive to noise. The building's security is another area of concern, with the front door often being out of order.

I've found the landlord to be somewhat approachable, but there are definite improvements needed in communication and responsiveness. It feels like they're not fully in tune with the residents' needs, particularly when it comes to addressing our concerns promptly. It would be great to see a more tenant-focused approach from them.

Living at the Met has been an unforgettable experience, but not always for the right reasons. The amenities like the lounges and the rooftop are impressive, but their allure is lessened by the lack of cleanliness and order. I've seen areas left in disarray after parties, and it's a disappointment for those of us who pay to live here.

The management, led by Aurelia, does have its moments where they shine, particularly when they organize events or handle paperwork efficiently. However, when it comes to enforcing rules and maintaining the building, they could do much better. It's a balance between excellent customer service and sometimes lackluster management of the facilities.

I have a love-hate relationship with the Met. The location is unbeatable, and the building is visually appealing. But the small room sizes and frequent maintenance issues, like the broken elevator and the heater problem, leave a lot to be desired. It's a shame because this place has so much potential.

Dealing with the landlord has been a mixed bag. There have been periods when they've been responsive and accommodating, but other times, it's like they disappear off the face of the Earth. It's especially frustrating when there's an urgent maintenance issue that needs addressing, and we're left waiting for a response.

My experience at the Met has been a mix of good and bad. On the one hand, the building is modern and the rooms are well-furnished. The common areas are a great place to socialize and study. On the other hand, the noise levels can be intolerable at times, especially if you're unlucky with noisy upstairs neighbors.

The new Residential Manager has been trying to enforce quiet hours, which is appreciated, but there's still a lot left to be desired in terms of overall management. It seems like the office doesn't take our noise complaints seriously, and it's been a struggle to get any real solution. It's left me feeling quite unsupported by the landlord.

The Met boasts great amenities and a vibrant student community. However, the high rent doesn't seem to equate to a well-maintained building. There are glaring issues such as the frequent breakdown of the elevator and the lack of effective soundproofing that make living here less than ideal.

While Aurelia and her team are generally helpful, there seems to be a disconnect when it comes to tackling the more serious issues that residents face. It's as if our complaints about security and maintenance are acknowledged but not acted upon with the urgency they require. More proactive management would go a long way in improving the living experience here.

The Met's location is ideal for students, but the rent is steep considering the size of the rooms. I have a single, and while the furnishings are decent, I still feel like I'm not getting my money's worth. The building's security is a major concern for me, with the lobby door often being broken and the presence of non-residents inside the building.

Interactions with the landlord have been disappointing. There's a general feeling of unresponsiveness when it comes to resolving ongoing security and maintenance problems. It's frustrating to pay a premium and not receive the level of service one would expect. Definitely not a situation I'd recommend to my peers.

I've been living in this building for a little over a year now. The rooftop is perfect for a quiet evening with friends, and the common lounge has been a lifesaver during finals season. Despite the positives, I've noted that the front door has a tendency to be faulty, and it's concerning how non-residents can sometimes wander in. The maintenance team does need to step up and address these issues more promptly.

Aurelia, the building manager, has been incredibly helpful whenever I've needed assistance. She's always available, even after office hours, which is very reassuring. However, I've heard from other tenants that some of their concerns aren't being addressed as quickly. It seems like there might be a communication gap between the management team and the maintenance staff.

As much as I want to love the Met, there are just too many issues that dampen the experience. The building looks great from the outside, but living here has been a challenge with frequent fire alarms, broken laundry machines, and occasional power outages. Not to mention the security concerns with homeless individuals using the building as a shelter.

The landlord seems to be missing in action when it comes to resolving these persistent problems. There's a real sense of frustration among the residents, and it feels like our complaints fall on deaf ears. It's not what you'd expect from a place that charges such high rent. Honestly, I'm considering looking for a new place to live.
