Kelly has been an absolute star as our property manager. She's an excellent listener, always open to feedback, and takes action swiftly. Under Kelly's management, there have been noticeable improvements in security and community engagement. She genuinely cares about the tenants and goes out of her way to make sure we're comfortable and heard.
Our landlord, Kelly, is hands down one of the best. From the move-in process to settling in, she's been supportive every step of the way. She's personable and efficient, which makes all the difference. It's reassuring to have a resourceful person like her to reach out to.
Dealing with the management at Ora was a frustrating ordeal. They seemed to be unresponsive to complaints and even retaliatory when faced with persistent issues. It's disheartening when you feel like your concerns are met with hostility instead of helpfulness. The management team could definitely use some training in customer service and tenant rights.
Kelly's leadership and responsiveness have been a breath of fresh air. After numerous issues, she sat down with us, listened to our worries, and took concrete steps to address them. Her empathetic approach and dedication to problem-solving have started to turn things around at Ora. It's refreshing to have someone in charge who genuinely cares about the residents' well-being.
Kelly, the building manager, seems to be trying to make improvements, but her approach can sometimes feel misguided. While she has taken some positive steps, like looking into vandalism incidents, her handling of complaints can come off as overreactive. It's important for management to build trust and maintain open, respectful communication with tenants.
I've had the pleasure of interacting with both Sindy and Kelly during my time here. Kelly, in particular, has shown excellent leadership skills and a commitment to the community. It's clear that she strives to make Ora a better place for everyone, and her efforts have not gone unnoticed.
