Her approach to managing the property sets a high standard for others in the industry. Not to forget Ricardo, the lead maintenance person, whose prompt problem-solving skills ensure that any issues are swiftly taken care of.

Although the staff, including Venessa, started out quite helpful and friendly, their responsiveness seems to have dipped over time. Issues with security and broken amenities have not been satisfactorily addressed, which is disappointing. The lack of action following multiple break-ins and thefts is a serious concern that management needs to tackle more effectively.

I've had a lot of trouble communicating with the leasing team. After being overcharged following my lease, the lack of response to my inquiries has been astounding. It's distressing to deal with a team that doesn't seem to care about their residents' issues, and it's made worse when they send your bill to a debt collector without proper clarification.
