Venessa, the property manager, is truly a gem. She's consistently available, providing quick and comprehensive responses to any concerns. Her approach to managing the property sets a high standard for others in the industry. Not to forget Ricardo, the lead maintenance person, whose prompt problem-solving skills ensure that any issues are swiftly taken care of.
Although the staff, including Venessa, started out quite helpful and friendly, their responsiveness seems to have dipped over time. Issues with security and broken amenities have not been satisfactorily addressed, which is disappointing. The lack of action following multiple break-ins and thefts is a serious concern that management needs to tackle more effectively.
I've had a lot of trouble communicating with the leasing team. After being overcharged following my lease, the lack of response to my inquiries has been astounding. It's distressing to deal with a team that doesn't seem to care about their residents' issues, and it's made worse when they send your bill to a debt collector without proper clarification.
The staff, while nice, are clearly struggling to keep up with residents' requests. I feel that the management is responsible for the staff being so overwhelmed. Communication has been inconsistent, and promises made by the operations team regarding move-out inspections and charges were not kept, which feels like a betrayal of trust.
The management's response to the security issues and broken amenities has been underwhelming. Despite voicing concerns to the community manager, no substantial changes or concessions were made. The unresponsiveness and apparent indifference to residents' safety and satisfaction are alarming, and it's clear that better oversight is needed.
The leasing process was disorganized, and the management's communication was severely lacking. Not being able to get a simple confirmation on the status of my application is unacceptable. Venessa's approach to handling my concerns was disappointing; it's important for a leasing manager to provide clear and courteous communication, which was not my experience.
