The management team here is top-notch. They handled my urgent move-in situation with such professionalism and speed - I couldn't be more grateful. The application process was a breeze thanks to their efficiency. The maintenance staff, especially, are always on the ball, fixing issues promptly and with a friendly attitude.
I can't say enough good things about the maintenance team here. Keith, in particular, deserves a shout-out for his fantastic work and kind demeanor. It's clear that the staff, including Mirna, are dedicated to making the living experience as smooth as possible. They're always approachable and go the extra mile to assist with any issue.
Keith from maintenance has been a lifesaver. He's not only great at what he does but also incredibly courteous. It's reassuring to know that if there's a problem, it'll be handled efficiently. Mirna and the rest of the staff have been welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel well taken care of.
The leasing staff, especially Khadijeh, Taylor, and Rachel, have been nothing short of professional and friendly. They make it easy to ask questions and address concerns, which is very comforting. The maintenance team's responsiveness to work orders has been impressive, always adhering to my requests and respecting my home.
Unfortunately, my interactions with some of the staff here have been less than stellar. There appears to be a focus on attracting new tenants rather than addressing the concerns of current ones. It was especially disheartening to deal with Kadijah who seemed unprofessional at times. This definitely put a damper on my overall experience.
Despite the beautiful property and Khadijah's professionalism during the leasing process, the lack of upkeep and the way issues are handled post-move-in leave much to be desired. It's disappointing that after such a smooth application phase, the ongoing management doesn't meet the same standard.
My interactions with the leasing office have been a mixed bag. While initially impressed by the professionalism of some staff members like Khadijah, the continued problems and some unprofessional behavior from other staff have made my stay less enjoyable. It feels like there's more emphasis on new leases than resident satisfaction.
