I haven't had much interaction with the landlord, but from what I've gathered, they're keeping on top of things like the package situation. However, there have been issues with elevator vandalism before which was a huge inconvenience. The landlord needs to step up security to prevent such occurrences and ensure tenants can enjoy all the amenities without interruption.

The management, particularly Pershante and Isaiah, has been nothing but responsive and helpful. They've assisted with everything from lease agreements to moving out ahead of time. It's great to see that the landlord values good management which really makes a difference in the quality of living here.

I want to give a shout out to Isaiah from the leasing office. He was a massive help during the leasing process, especially considering I had a personal situation that needed attention. His professionalism and clarity made the whole experience seamless, and I felt very supported.

This leasing team is one of the best I've encountered. They're caring, knowledgeable about the city, and quick to resolve any issues. I've felt supported throughout my stay here, and it's reassuring to know that the landlord has put together such a competent team to manage the property.

The management, especially the new STYL team, isn't living up to expectations. They need to be more tenant-first and proactive in solving recurring problems. A focus on better security rather than punitive measures like towing would be much appreciated. The landlord should prioritize the safety and well-being of the tenants.

I've had terrible experiences with customer service here. There's no sense of resident loyalty, and it feels like the management doesn't value the tenants. Additionally, my car was damaged by the tow company they contract with. The landlord needs to address these issues urgently and show they actually care about the residents.

The property manager is not engaging with the residents or fostering a sense of community. She seems overwhelmed by the number of tenants and uninterested in resolving issues personally affecting them. The maintenance staff are fantastic, but the property manager's attitude and lack of responsiveness are serious red flags for any potential tenant.
