Reviews
Management's response to issues is disappointing. When my bike was stolen from the so-called secure room, all they said was to file a police report. They don't seem to care about resident safety or communicate during incidents. It's like they don't understand the basics of property management or tenant communication.
Early interactions with Stephanie were great, but when management changed, so did the vibe. They handled a few situations poorly, such as lease renewals and tenant complaints. It felt like we lost that personal touch. Also, the move-out charges were excessive; they basically took our deposit for inevitable cleaning costs.
JADA, the property manager, was particularly unpleasant to deal with. Her unprofessionalism has reached a point where I've had to report her behavior to higher management. It's unacceptable and has left a negative impact on my overall experience with the property.
Gina and Stephanie from the management staff have been exceptional. They were communicative, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure I knew about all the promotions and concessions available. Their excellent customer service has made me feel very optimistic about my upcoming move.
Dealing with the management was a nightmare, especially during move-out. They were unprofessional and seemed to have a lack of understanding about 'wear and tear'. Their communication was poor, and they appeared to be more focused on squeezing out every penny than providing good service.
The management practices felt predatory. They seemed to look for any excuse to keep the deposit and add extra fees. It's a disappointing way to end a tenancy and doesn't inspire trust or goodwill. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of renting here.
The move-out process was a clear indication of the management's focus on profit over fairness. Charging for unnecessary services and keeping the deposit without justification is simply unfair. It's a cold and calculated move that shows little regard for the tenant's circumstances.
