The leasing team at this apartment complex is top-notch. They're so responsive and genuinely care about the residents. They host great community events which is a perfect way for someone who works remotely like myself to socialize and meet others. I have no regrets choosing to live here and appreciate all the staff's efforts.
I'm really disappointed with the way the leasing agents are handling the security issues. They seem to pass off responsibility with excuses, which is unacceptable. Safety should be a priority, and it's clear that more proactive steps need to be taken to address these serious concerns. The staff needs to step up and take action.
The management team here is nearly impossible to reach, which is incredibly frustrating. I've had serious issues and when I need assistance, it's like they've vanished. This lack of availability and responsiveness is not what you'd expect from a professional management team.
