The management team is basically a ghost crew. You can reach out about the rampant mail theft or the unwanted mouse roommates, but don't hold your breath for assistance. Any attempts to utilize the security cameras for their intended purpose have been futile. It's a real challenge to get in touch with anyone who cares enough to take action.

Dealing with the management is like shouting into a void. Nonresponsive is an understatement, and their solution to the package theft issue – advising tenants to reroute deliveries to work – is laughably inadequate. I can't recommend this building as long as the current management is running the show.

When it comes to the management, it's a whole different level of disappointment. The on-site manager's knowledge is questionable at best, and dealing with the accounting department is like solving a riddle. The feeling of being overcharged is hard to shake off. It's a case of beauty only being skin deep, with the management's performance leaving a lot to be desired.

The landlord is about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I've had more productive conversations with my house plants. Package theft is treated like a normal everyday occurrence, and don't even think about getting any sort of follow-up on maintenance requests. If you're considering moving here, I'd reconsider unless you fancy taking up a side hobby in pest control.
