The management team seems to be giving us the runaround about the coffee machine issues. They claim it's being looked after, but the evidence shows otherwise. I feel like they're not taking our concerns seriously. It's just hot water, day after day, which is unacceptable.
The staff, particularly Cesar and Brandon, have been exceptionally accommodating. They really make residents feel cared for with their attentiveness. It's their genuine service that has made our experience here so memorable. Kudos to them for making The Standard a great place to live.
