The landlord and the service staff are the friendliest people I've met. They make sure any service requests are taken care of almost immediately—usually within a day or two. Plus, the security team is more than just security; they're helpful neighbors who are part of the community. And kudos to the landlord for organizing those awesome community events; they really bring everyone together.
I can't say enough good things about Marcus, who streamlined the application process for me, and Johnny who fixed my window with a smile. The staff here, including the landlord, are all about building a tight-knit community. They're always so friendly and inviting—it's made this big building feel like home.
I expected better support from the landlord, especially with the car stacker issues. I've left voicemails and reached out for emergency support but got no response. A little acknowledgment or an apology would have gone a long way. It's disappointing to see such a lack of responsiveness.

They tend to pass the buck to the parking management company, but as a tenant, I believe it's their responsibility to ensure that the amenities they promise are up to standard. Their aggressive rule enforcement is also off-putting. I just wish they were more resident-friendly when it comes to these issues.

Good landlords are hard to find, and Luba stands out as one of the best. Her dedication to tenant satisfaction is commendable.
