Reviews
The management team is lacking in presence and communication. They're hard to reach by phone or email, which is frustrating. However, the maintenance crew deserves some praise; they're the ones keeping things running smoothly around here.
Gerardo and the front office staff have been nothing short of amazing. They've been accommodating, respectful, and quick to help with any requests I've had. The maintenance team, particularly James, is efficient and responsive. I've had a positive experience with the management overall.
The management seems to be on top of things when it comes to maintenance. They are professional, helpful, and ensure that problems are solved swiftly. It's nice to have such a reliable team to count on.
The new management team has been wonderful to me. They're approachable and understanding, making the rental process smooth. I feel comfortable reaching out to them with any concerns, which is a big plus for a newbie renter.
The management needs to work on their communication. It's been a struggle to get things in order, and the move-in process was more stressful than it needed to be. I'm hoping for a change because the location and the apartment itself have been good so far.
Nashonna and the property management team could improve on their customer service. They come across as uncooperative and unresponsive. The maintenance team, particularly James & Andy, were more helpful and friendlier than the leasing office team.
The management team has been disappointing. There's been a lot of turnover, and each new team seems less effective than the last. They could do better by addressing issues promptly and being more available to tenants.
The team here at Caspian, especially Jaienda, has made all the difference. They welcomed me with open arms and have always been there to help, whether it's a simple question or a maintenance request. The staff is not just professional, but they're also incredibly personable and make you feel like part of the Caspian family. I can't say enough good things about them!
Moving can be a hassle, but the staff at Caspian, particularly Akasha, made it a breeze. Her dedication to excellent customer service was evident from the start. She was incredibly accommodating, staying late to ensure my move-in went smoothly. Her responsiveness and attentiveness to my needs as a tenant have been outstanding. It's comforting to know I have such reliable people managing my living space.
Despite a rocky move-in experience due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the landlord and staff showed true professionalism. I appreciated how Akasha and Jaienda were incredibly helpful throughout my application process. Their commitment to making things right, even when things got tough, is a testament to their dedication to tenant satisfaction. I'm grateful for their efforts and am now happily settling into my new home.
The landlord and his team, particularly Akasha and Jaienda, have been nothing short of amazing. They're always quick to lend a hand or solve any issues that come up, no matter how big or small. Their personal touch and commitment to keeping their tenants happy really stand out. It's clear they care about building a community here, not just renting out apartments.
As for the management, their lack of action is appalling. A problem like this should be a top priority, but all we get is silence and zero accountability. I’ve tried reaching out, but it’s like talking to a wall. If you're considering moving here, think twice unless you fancy being jolted awake at 3 am regularly.
Don't get me started on the management. Unresponsive is a compliment at this point. It's like they've set up a fortress of solitude where no resident concerns can reach them. If you want to live somewhere where management values your peace of mind, look elsewhere.
Dealing with management feels like shouting into the void. They seem to have a knack for making you feel unheard. Every conversation is like dropping a pebble down a well and waiting for the splash that never comes. It's not just frustrating; it's downright disheartening.
Interacting with the property management is like participating in a wild goose chase. They make promises they don't keep and seem to play hide and seek when you need them most. It's a full-time job trying to get a straight answer out of them. They need to seriously step up their game.
They're charming face-to-face, sure, but when it comes to the actual lease and agreements, be prepared for a change-up. It's like they have a Jekyll and Hyde situation going on. I'd be cautious and make sure to get everything in writing before making any decisions here.
