The management here is a mixed bag. They started off super helpful, but after signing the lease, things went downhill. They're not great with communication, and I've heard some horror stories about unexpected charges. The new rules they come up with out of the blue can be pretty frustrating. If you decide to stay here, be vigilant about keeping track of payments and the terms of your lease.
The staff here deserve a shout-out for their hard work, especially Ricardo and Tasha, who go above and beyond. They've been lifesavers on more than one occasion and really contribute to making this place feel like home. The management's approach can be a bit too much at times, but the key staff are fantastic.
Aldrin and the rest of the staff, like Martin & Fatima, have been amazing. They're always ready to assist beyond their roles, which makes living here a breeze. I'm grateful for such a supportive team that helps make this place not just a building, but a community.
Aldrin, in particular, deserves praise for his assistance during my move from Los Angeles. His professionalism and kindness made a challenging situation much smoother. His transparency and advice were invaluable. I'm incredibly thankful for his support and would recommend this place to anyone because of staff like him.
The people we deal with daily, like Aldrin and Fatima, are lovely and contribute positively to our experience. However, management's response to the security issues has been underwhelming. They need to take these problems more seriously to ensure a safe living environment for all residents.
While the frontline staff are amazing and make everyday living pleasant, I'm disappointed with management's handling of serious issues. The lack of empathy and action regarding safety and security concerns has been a letdown. The building itself is beautiful, but the management aspect needs improvement.
Unfortunately, my interactions with the general manager, Tyler, have been less than satisfactory. Security concerns were not taken seriously, which is unacceptable in a management position. While some staff members are great, like Aldrin and Jesse, the lack of concern from higher management has tainted my experience here.

Their professionalism and quick response to emails are commendable. They truly understand the importance of customer service in property management.

His willingness to accommodate my needs, even allowing me to use facilities in vacant units, shows a level of care and dedication that is truly appreciated. It's staff like him that make living here so worry-free.
