The management here is a mixed bag. They started off super helpful, but after signing the lease, things went downhill. They're not great with communication, and I've heard some horror stories about unexpected charges. The new rules they come up with out of the blue can be pretty frustrating. If you decide to stay here, be vigilant about keeping track of payments and the terms of your lease.

The staff here deserve a shout-out for their hard work, especially Ricardo and Tasha, who go above and beyond.
