The building management does the bare minimum. They seem to be somewhat responsive, but the recurring maintenance issues make me question their effectiveness. I can't say they are completely negligent since they do address problems, but the frequent water shutoffs suggest a lack of proper upkeep. It's a relief that dogs are welcome here, and I appreciate the proximity to the lake, but I expect better management for the rent I'm paying.

The manager here is top-notch. Really responsive and genuinely cares about the tenants. It's been a breath of fresh air to have someone who takes action when issues are raised. With the manager's attentiveness and the friendly community, this place is definitely a great choice for anyone looking for a new home.
