I moved here for the nice units and the great location, but I'm regretting that decision. The building is not secure, with doors that don't lock properly and a broken parking garage door. I've seen concerning things like a man passed out in the lobby, and it's distressing to feel unsafe in your own home.
The management team here is nearly impossible to reach, which is incredibly frustrating. I've had serious issues and when I need assistance, it's like they've vanished. This lack of availability and responsiveness is not what you'd expect from a professional management team.
Honestly, I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone. There have been pest issues, broken elevators, and even AC problems that took forever to fix. It's not just about the amenities – it's the basic living conditions that are not up to par here.
Dealing with the staff here has been a nightmare. They lock their doors during business hours and are unapproachable for any assistance you might need. It's been such a hassle that I'm taking legal action, which speaks volumes about the kind of management running this place.
The apartment itself was decent, but the building's security is a joke. Doors that should keep us safe are often found open, and the parking garage is just as vulnerable. It's quite clear that the safety of the residents isn't a priority here, which is a dealbreaker for me.
Interacting with the management, especially when it comes to maintenance requests or financial matters like referral bonuses, has been incredibly disappointing. They don't seem to care once you've signed the lease, and it feels like they are not fulfilling their responsibilities as landlords.
My girlfriend and I moved out a while ago, and we're still dealing with issues from 19th & Harrison. It's frustrating to find out about a large balance from collections when we were never properly notified. The area's crime rate is also concerning, and it doesn't seem like the building's management is doing enough to address the security flaws.
The management's handling of our post-move-out situation has been terrible. No communication, no heads-up about charges, and an overall lack of concern for the residents' experience. It's disheartening to see how they operate, clearly not prioritizing the well-being of their tenants.
This place is in a serious need of a security overhaul. I can't stress enough how unsafe it feels with the frequent car break-ins and package thefts. It's extremely frustrating to pay a premium for parking and still not have the peace of mind that your car is safe. They need to implement better security measures ASAP.
I'm really disappointed with the way the leasing agents are handling the security issues. They seem to pass off responsibility with excuses, which is unacceptable. Safety should be a priority, and it's clear that more proactive steps need to be taken to address these serious concerns. The staff needs to step up and take action.
I've been living at 19th & Harrison Apartments for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The amenities are fantastic and always well-kept, making it such a pleasure to use. The rooftop deck is my personal favorite spot to relax, particularly in the summer. The building is always peaceful, and the neighbors are incredibly friendly; it's like a little community here.
The leasing team at this apartment complex is top-notch. They're so responsive and genuinely care about the residents. They host great community events which is a perfect way for someone who works remotely like myself to socialize and meet others. I have no regrets choosing to live here and appreciate all the staff's efforts.
I'm advising anyone who's considering 19th & Harrison to think twice. It's plagued with issues, from mail theft to maintenance problems. The gym is not maintained well, and the fees charged for services like trash removal don't seem justified given the circumstances.
It seems like the management here is just going through the motions without genuinely addressing residents' concerns. Their lack of engagement and poor communication are huge red flags, and it feels like they are more robots than humans, providing little to no support when it's needed.
The apartment complex overall is great, and the proximity to Snow Park is a bonus. The building is nice, and I haven't experienced any issues with theft or break-ins. However, they could definitely use more staff to manage administrative tasks efficiently and keep the residents informed about important matters like rent changes.
Izzy from the leasing team is wonderful and has been the most responsive person I've encountered here. But overall, it's challenging to get in touch with anyone in the leasing office. They really need to improve their communication and provide better support to residents.
