Living at 4th & U is anything but peaceful, with the constant blaring of train horns disturbing our sleep at all hours. The maintenance team does its best, but there's only so much they can do about the inherent flaws of the building and its surroundings. This isn't a place I'd recommend to anyone seeking tranquility or security.
Interacting with the leasing team here has been a consistently frustrating experience. They are unresponsive and seem to have a complete disregard for the concerns of their tenants. Even the process of viewing the apartment was a mess, with confusion and mix-ups that should have been red flags from the start. They've really dropped the ball on customer service.
Staying in this apartment has been a nightmare. The train noises are relentless, the state of the common areas is abysmal, and the security is a joke. Not only did it take three months to fix an entrance issue, but the management's lack of action over the stolen packages is just infuriating.
Dealing with the leasing office has been a disaster. Their slow and deceptive responses have caused us a ton of stress, especially when it comes to lease termination and unexpected charges. They even had the gall to threaten our rental and credit history over their own mismanagement. It's like they're actively trying to make our lives miserable.
Our apartment has been a comfortable home for three years, mainly due to the efficiency of the maintenance staff. Dominic, the lead, is always on top of things and ensures our requests are handled swiftly. The respect and kindness he shows to residents make a big difference in our day-to-day experience.
The responsiveness and helpful nature of Dominic in the maintenance department cannot be overstated. He's reliable and genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents. It's reassuring to know that when an issue arises, he's just a call away and ready to provide the assistance we need.
I've been living here for over a year now, and I must say the cleaning services are top-notch. Rocky, the cleaning lady, is exceptional and always ensures the building is spotless. Her dedication to her work really shows, and it's nice to have someone in the building who cares so much about maintaining a clean environment.
Rocky isn't just amazing at keeping the place clean, she's also incredibly friendly and responsive to any concerns we residents may have. It's refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work. She's a true gem in our community and makes living here that much better.
Living in this apartment is a challenge, to say the least. From the constant noise of the nearby Amtrak to the frustration of having our packages stolen, it's been one headache after another. I can't even enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without being jolted awake by the sound of a 1:00 am train. The building seems to lack the security measures necessary to protect our belongings, which is totally unacceptable.
When it comes to getting assistance from the property management, it feels like you're talking to a brick wall. They seem to have a knack for avoiding responsibility, especially when it comes to the return of your security deposit. Even after splurging on professional cleaning services, they still found a way to charge me for issues that were non-existent. Very crafty with their words and policies, that's for sure.
I absolutely love my new home at Fourth and U APT! The apartment complex has such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the tour of the property was fantastic. It's so well-maintained and the deal I got on my lease is something I'm really grateful for. It's a place I can truly call home!
I can't express enough gratitude towards Jami, the leasing agent. She was incredibly friendly, super responsive, and went out of her way to remind me about my appointment. Her efforts made the entire leasing process enjoyable, and it's thanks to her that I found the perfect apartment. A big thank you to Jami for such a smooth experience!
The atmosphere here is just amazing, thanks to the wonderful staff and their hospitality. Karl Mendoza, the leasing agent, was particularly kind and helpful during my visit. The property is well taken care of, and I felt like all of my needs were promptly addressed. I'm truly grateful for the level of assistance I received.
Karl Mendoza went above and beyond to ensure I had the best tour of the property. His kindness and prompt action in taking care of my needs made the experience incredibly positive. I couldn't have asked for better assistance. He truly embodies the spirit of great customer service.
The state of the building leaves much to be desired. Between the maintenance issues and the eerie feeling from the less-than-friendly maintenance staff, it's been a less than ideal living situation. The property itself is in a dire need of care and attention that it just isn't getting.
The attitude of the property manager is simply unacceptable. Using the excuse of managing multiple properties to justify incompetence is unprofessional. It's clear that there is a significant gap between the expectations of the residents and the quality of management we're receiving.
The apartment's interior was quite the highlight with its modern appliances and in-unit washer/dryer. However, the exterior and common areas are another story, with security issues and poor maintenance overshadowing the good. The prevalence of theft, from packages to bikes, is alarming, and the management's lack of proactive measures is disappointing.
While the maintenance staff, particularly Effren and Ron, are outstanding, the same can't be said for the leasing office. Their slow response to serious issues like theft and cleanliness in the common areas is a major letdown. It's as if they don't understand the gravity of these problems or the impact they have on our quality of life.
Starting out as a new resident at Fourth and U has been a rocky experience. The building being virtual and touchless seemed innovative at first, but it's proven to be a hindrance when trying to get in touch with someone for assistance. The lack of communication regarding move-in details has left me feeling unwelcome and stressed.
The difficulty in contacting employees for important details about my move has been a significant downside. It's unsettling not to have the human interaction and support you expect when moving to a new place. This poor introduction to Fourth and U has me questioning the decision to move here.
